"Enough. These few words are enough.

If not these words, this breath.

If not this breath, this sitting here.

This opening to the life we have refused again and again until now." David Whyte

The natural beauty of Maine has been inspiring retreat and creative renewal for centuries.

Yoga in Maine offers Kripalu Yoga in beautiful places to inspire us and renew us. As we awaken our senses through yoga, we are able to connect more deeply with the rhythms and stillness of the natural world, helping us to tune out of the everyday noise and tune in to the small voice within. Yoga simply invites us to a deeper union. I am reminded every day that yoga and nature each and together are sources for greater vitality in our lives.

Yoga offers us all a way to relax from the stresses of the everyday and restore the connection to soul and to spirit and with the world around us. Yoga is a practice that invites us to live in balance and remain both relaxed and energized. At this moment in history particularly, expanding our yoga practice to one of reverence for the earth, both on and off the mat,  is simply a sacred act.
