The
natural beauty of Maine has been inspiring retreat and creative renewal for centuries. With yoga, we are able to connect more deeply with the rhythms and stillness of the natural
world, helping us to tune out the everyday noise and tune in to the small voice within. Yoga invites a deeper union with the
natural world and to community around us. I am reminded every day that yoga and nature each and together are
sources for greater vitality and connection in our lives.

I
am delighted to announce Ciel et la Terre Travel Retreats as part of Yoga in Maine. From the original summer
yoga retreats at Hog Island in Maine's beautiful midcoast area to the Mountain Meditation Retreat at Borestone Mountain
close to Greenville, the 2011 retreat schedule grows to include a Spring Energizing weekend in May 2011
in Wellfleet, MA on the Outer Cape and retuning in September, the Borestone Mountain Meditation Retreat for its fourth
year. In 2012, Ciel et la Terre travels to Phokeng and Rustenburg, South Africa.
